The scale of the racecars is something around 1:200 or nearly gauge Z. I found some manufacturers that build cars in this scale, but no racecars. A 2CV is cool on the track, but I would like some faster stuff. Any ideas where to get some (except the original cars)?

I have two Racing Cars in Scale Z(1:160). The old Ferrari F1 i found on small market near my hometown.

There are also nice Cars from Marks. Sometimes you can see them on ebay.

1:160 is Scale N ;-) I like the car, but it is really BIG ... Marks is nice, but there are no racecars, MZZ is great too (I've got a transit and a Kenworth Team-truck) but the same problem. In Belgium there is a guy who produces the old Mini, the old Beetle, some FIAT's and Citroen's. MZZ and Marks are available at http://www.zundmeer.de

Those cars in the post above look strange. Like they are warped and not straight. Are they modified Formula De Pewter cars, or are they custom made jobs?
Here is a link to screenshots of the resin molds for the new classic/vintage cars for Fde play:

Cafegames.com will have them available sometime this month.

I did not intend to sound negative. They look good. Really good.
Amazing that you did your own molds I am impressed. Where did you get the small decals (Mobil, Fuji) for wings?
