Hello Rammbock!
You can get rain tyres yourself : right after your move and before ending your round, you make a long pit stop, chose rain tyres, and follow as usual.

I added red crosses at the weatherchart ... before cortos weatherthrow ...

corto makes a 15 at weather-Throw ... so what weather we have now?
